Processing
Orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours of being placed. Order changes, changes of address, or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Please email help@miojoe.com if you need to make a change to your order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped out within 2-5 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information when your order has shipped. US orders will be delivered by USPS First-Class Mail. International orders will be delivered by a local courier.

Tracked Shipping + Insurance is offered at checkout. This shipping option provides a money guarantee on the delivery of your order. Refunds will be issued under the condition that the package is lost in transit or returned to us due to failed delivery.
